Guangdong Zhongshe Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. and the Beijiang River Basin Management Bureau of Guangdong Province cooperated on the "Beijing River Basin Intelligent Management Information Application Pilot Project (Sluice-Ion Intelligent Control System)".
The Beijiang River Basin Management Bureau of Guangdong Province is a public institution managed by the Provincial Department of Water Resources. It is mainly responsible for the professional planning of the river basin, water resources allocation plan and flood prevention plan, and supervises the implementation. In order to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of water conservancy, the Beijiang River Basin Management Bureau focuses on smart water conservancy construction, accelerates the deep integration of high-tech such as Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and water conservancy work, actively develops "smart water conservancy", and builds river basin regional interconnection and information. National Water Resources Big Data Network for Resource Integration and Sharing. The cooperation between China Construction Intelligent Control and Beijiang River Basin Management Bureau is based on the operation and maintenance management of electromechanical equipment of Lubao and Southwest Sluices, and the use of industrial Internet, Internet of Things, and industrial data analysis platform technologies to achieve intelligent operation status of sluice mechanical and electrical equipment The management and inspection operations are precisely monitored and refined to ensure that the mechanical and electrical equipment of the sluice maintain a healthy state and ensure the normal functioning of the sluice.
This project uses the industrial Internet platform and its industrial big data analysis platform to build a sluice-IoT intelligent control management cloud service platform. The main construction contents are:
(1) Intelligent monitoring system for safe operation of electromechanical equipment such as hydraulic headstocks, power distribution electromechanical equipment, and southwest and Lubao sluices;
(2) Southwest and Lubao sluice hydraulic headstocks, power distribution equipment, and other mechanical and electrical equipment failure analysis and early warning systems;
(3) Intelligent and refined monitoring system for sluice inspection operations.
